Embed molecular structures in slides using 3Dmol.js or JSMol

Many biologists and chemists discuss molecular structures in their presentation, but interactivity is hard/impossible to achieve with conventional presentation tools.

It would be great if we could use a tool like 3DMoljs or JSMol to provide an interactive molecular viewer that can be embedded in a slide. It would certainly interest many scientists.

    You should try with iframe in the background, I could integrate plotly interactive visualizations this way.

    Isn't it possible to accomplish this already using the iframe support (not to mention custom HTML)?
