Allow users to choose the slide that appears for a deck in the profile page instead of using the first one.
When duplicating a deck the "icon" of the deck that appears in the profile page appears to be the icon of the duplicated deck and this never changes. A duplicated deck should either inherit the first slide as it's icon after it's been edited. Or it should allow me to choose which slide appears as the icon in the profile page.

The problem appears to be browser caching. A forced refresh fixed it.. I still think it's a good idea to let the user choose which slide represents the deck on the profile page.
