prevent dotted box around scrollbar onfocus
I have a custom scrollbar in an Angular project. When someone slides the scrollbar left or right there appears a dotted box around the bar(like happens when you press tab to switch between elements.) I think it indicates focus.

But I don't want that box when people slide the scrollbar.
The code is below, I tried to prevent the dotted box from appearing with "outline: none", but this has no effect.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Can you post your code to take a look on it? Do you consider using accessibility software like screen readers?
