Any plans to implement this? It seems like a basic feature that any slides software should have.

Is there a style we can have or a way we can apply a background image/settings to multiple slides we select?

Adding my vote to this. I'd really like a background image that applies to the whole presentation and is therefore not brought in with every transition. A watermark, of sorts, and the presentation would transition in over top of it.

Futhermore, when a background image is applied to all slides I don't think transitions should apply to it.

Echoing the need for this. In a deck with dozens of slides, uploading and setting the background image for each is a ridiculous chore.

I'm using a transparent version of our company's logo both as a cool aesthetic background to the default round gradient black background, and also as a watermark. I want it on all my slides.

Right now I have to do this for each slide. It's a completely ridiculous and mundane chore.

A good place for this would be in the Style section. Upload a background image and check a box to have it apply to all slides.

It's not currently possible to set background images from a URL source, so you'll need to download the image you want and upload it from your filesystem instead.

Is there a way to set a URL background link as we can do with the image url link?
