"What the presenter would say" fragments
It would be awesome to have fragments or another mechanism for including speech bubbles that indicate what the presenter would be saying on this slide.
This would make it much easier to send a presentation but async via email and presenting live.
Ideally these would have a clean default position, but could also be attached to specific objects as a callout.

Integrating speech bubbles or annotations into presentation slides can indeed enhance the clarity of asynchronous presentations. To achieve this, consider using presentation software that supports adding text boxes or callout.
