    Yes, you can exclude the portion of an image or object that's outside the slide by cropping it. In PowerPoint, right-click the object, select "Format Picture," and use the crop tool to adjust the visible area. In Google Slides, select the image, click the "Crop Image" button in the toolbar, and manually adjust the cropping handles to ensure only the desired portion is visible within the slide.     Adding speech bubble fragments or a similar feature to display the presenter's speech on slides would streamline sharing presentations asynchronously via email or live.
