Deck name should be visible in editor
Once a deck is in edit mode, it should be possible to confirm that you have the correct deck based on the deck's name. ATM this is not possible.
The effect of this is that if you have multiple versions of a deck with the same opening slide it is impossible to know if you have actually opened the right one.

Hey! We show the deck title in the browser tab to help identify which version it is. This browser title wasn't updating without a page reload, but I've pushed a fix to so that it updates directly when edited going forward.
I think there's still a case for adding a title inside the editor though. If you have a lot of tabs open the tab titles may be truncated and only appear on hover.
