I want to duplicate my slides.

Duplication is now possible via the slide template functionality in the new deck editor. The editor is currently in public beta and enabled by default.

I don't see how this allows me to duplicate a slide. I have a slide, I want to make a copy in case I mess up the original. Or I have slide and I want a second one that is very similar. How do I copy a single slide?
