Remember previously open slide in the "add slide from deck" functionality.
The "add slide from other deck" functionality should remember the last open deck and slide when hitting the "+" button to open it again. This will make it much easier to insert multiple slides from the same deck.

This has been added. Reopening the templates component will now resume on the same slide that you left open.
The current slide is also remembered as you toggle between different decks inside of the templates view.
