Allow *background* image source to be a URL
Much like http://help.slides.com/forums/175819-general/suggestions/6287609-allow-image-source-to-be-a-url-instead-of-upload but for background images too.

We allow you to set background images from URL now. Look for the small link icon in the header of the window that appears when you’re prompted to select a background image.
