Import SVG and animate individual pieces?
Consider I have created all my slides in Figma and I would like to import them to the Slides in order to animate them. Right now if I open an SVG the Slides treats it as a single image, I can't break it down and animate the individual pieces.

Add Mastodon/Fediverse handle to Profile
Currently the profile allows you add only your Twitter handle. Considering the downward spiral of Twitter and the rise of Fediverse-connected services such as Mastodon, can I suggest that you add the ability to list your Mastodon/Fediverse handle or maybe go the GitHub route of moving to multiple social profiles rather than service-specific ones? ✨ Many thanks!

Auto Update Slide Link Targets upon addition and deletion of Slides.
Update Link Targets automatically upon addition or deletion of slides anywhere. This is much needed feature and it saves hell amount of time.
Example. Slide1 <Link Target > Slide2 <Link Target > Slide3<Link Target> Slide4if i delete slide2, then Slide3 Link Target and all others below shud update automatically as Slide3 is now Slide2. So, Link Target of Slide 2 is now Slide 3, not Slide4.

Presentation statistics
As a lecturer working on a new course and slides for this course, I would appreciate having statistics about how much time I spent on each slide during the presentation. It would allow me to keep a constant rate of slides per minute, and therefore keep a constant rhythm of the presentation.
Alternatively. the possibility of recording a presentation session would be also great -- based on that creating the statistics I mentioned above would be rather simple.

Frames/Placeholders for Videos/Images
A big library of frames/placeholders for videos and images. Example 1: a "paint brush" effect placeholder that I can add my video inside.
Example 2: An "Arrow" Shape that I can add a video inside3 votes -
Turn off animations and fragments when sharing
I mostly use Slides as a support for lectures, and I share the decks with my students. During the lectures, animations and fragments are very helpful. But they are annoying (and time-wasting) after the lecture, when the deck is used by the students for reference and browsing.
So I’d really like an option that would allow to turn off animations and fragments only in Sharing mode (but would keep them functional in Present mode).3 votes -
"What the presenter would say" fragments
It would be awesome to have fragments or another mechanism for including speech bubbles that indicate what the presenter would be saying on this slide.
This would make it much easier to send a presentation but async via email and presenting live.
Ideally these would have a clean default position, but could also be attached to specific objects as a callout.

Animation Click target be anywhere on screen
Create an Animation Click target be anywhere on the slide. Seems obvious, but anyway. Also, ideally you can order the object animations so that they don't all trigger on the first click.
3 votesIf you want to animate in elements in sequence you can use use Fragments: https://help.slides.com/knowledgebase/articles/405965-fragments
Fragments are triggered using the standard presentation navigation and can be reordered.

Include hidden slides in the overview mode
I love the idea of hidden slides to keep extra information accessible only when needed, but not in the main presentation. It would be great if hidden slides could be included in the overview mode, so that if needed, the speaker can access them while presenting instead of going into edit mode.

Start delayed animation when fragment is unveiled
At the moment, animations delay starts count as the slide first appears. This makes animated fragments a bit wonky, where they can be halfway through the animation when they become visible.
I think that making their clock trigger only when they they become visible would make sense for most users.3 votes -
Allow curved text
I would like to create text that would follow a previously added shape. If it was a round it would be nice to be able to add text that would follow the curve of the shape.

Ability to rotate handwritten elements (elements created with the pen)
It would be great to have the ability to rotate the handwritten elements created with the pen, in the same way images and shapes can be rotated.

Increase the number of slides
I recommend increasing the number of slides displayed per page or allowing users to click on page numbers instead of scrolling through them. This change would enhance navigation, which is a key advantage over scrolling.

Grid view for arrange, sync editing, and custom font per textbox
Hi! There are 2 things that are currently missing that would be extremely valuable:
Arrange slides should have the option to show all slides in a grid and with pagination. Currently, for large slides (e.g., whole lectures), it is very cumbersome to manage/arrange all slides
When inviting people to edit, all people should be able to edit at the same time, similar to google docs. Having to wait to other people to finish their edits is extremely annoying and unproductive.
If space allows, I would love to have the opportunity to add custom fonts to each text box.
Kind regards,

Add ability to save annotations added during presentation
I use slides.com for lecturing in engineering classes. I like to use a mix of slides and hand-derivations. I would like to be able to save the annotations added during class so that I can post them later as pdfs.
My current workaround is to download the slides as pdf and then mark them up with xournalpp, but this essentially prevents me from using any fragments to reveal content gradually.

Tweak annotation pen settings to be suitable for writing.
I use slides.com for lecturing in engineering classes and I often want to add explanations of mathematical content as I am lecturing. Currently the in-presentation annotation settings create thick and simple strokes that are not adequate for capturing written words or math. I think this would work fine if you reduce the thickness of the line, allow more control points (not sure if that is exactly the right word), and/or reduce the automatic simplification of the shape (also not sure if that is exactly the right word).
The default settings of the xournalpp app are excellent for this if you…

Provide a way to de-activate "AI Assist" buttons
I'm fine with keeping it on by default, but I never use it and it always gets in the way when I'm moving or re-sizing text boxes.

Official CDN for exported code?
Cannot find an official CDN to support exported code as an alternative to the documented procedure (embed in reveal.js framework). A CDN should enable required assets to be downloaded on demand, optionally minified (unless I'm doing something wrong).
For example at http://cdnjs.com/libraries/reveal.js
Tried prepending "http:" and "https:" to
//cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/reveal.js/2.6.2/css/reveal.min.cssAnd that doesn't point to anything.
This would enable exporting and running exported code without uploading the reveal.js framework to the website (which isn't always feasible or practical).

Speaker view for embedded decks
I couldn't find any way to embed the presentation in order to be able to activate the speaker view and share the clean presentation to the audience. Probably a little tricky but sharing the presentation link in a conference call and being able to be the only one who controls it and also see how many people are watching it is a common case. And keeping it under your own domain is sometimes a must.
I know that reveal.js can achieve this, but it requires some advanced knowledge and sometimes the creators of the presentations don't have it.
