  1. Preserve font choice when exporting

    When exporting to Reveal.js, if you've chosen a non-default font in the Slid.es UI, that is not added to the HTML that you are given as part of the export, so it is lost.

  2. UI/Bug Issue: Resizing elements when freely positioning elements

    Ex: If I have a large picture on the left side, then try to add text on the right side and I want to resize the text, the resizing tool is to the left of the text box and does not allow me to resize because the interface thinks I want to click on the picture (which I don't).

    The issue is the location of the resizing tool and how it doesn't stay up if your mouse isn't hovered on the text box. When the text box is small and I try to move my mouse over to the resize…

  3. Let the user know how many people is viewing his/her presentation

    You can have maybe a small box in the corner of presentation mode to tell you how many people are viewing you presentation live.

  4. What if I loose my pasword or user name?

    Create a tool for the users who forgot their pasword or just cannot have access to their account for some reason.

  5. To fix the broken "zip" export

    "Creating ZIP" for several minutes, then back to "Download ZIP" without download.

    Same behaviour on various browsers and OS.

  7. Bug: space bar does not work in text boxes when zoomed in

    When zoomed in while in edit mode, space bar does not work in text boxes. All other keys seem to work.

    Steps to reproduce: 1) Create a text box in a new slide 2) Zoom in (Ctrl/Cmd+Plus) 3) Activate text box 4) Try to press space bar. 5) Space doesn't work 6) Zoom out back to 100% 7) Space works.

    This is undesireable as sometimes I'd like to zoom in on the slides when editing and keep writing normal text with spaces in it.

    Firefox 133.0.3 (aarch64) on macOS 14.7.2.

  10. How do I embed, say, a YouTube video?

    I see it done on another rvl.io, but cannot seem to figure out how to make it happen.

    Can anyone help me out?

    So, perhaps the 'idea' is for a couple of instructional vid's to help some of us out. I LIKE the simplicity of this tool, so please don't "complex" it up.

  11. Make stricter url routes

    Usernames starting with "tos" or "about" apparently only give the "terms of service" or "about" pages instead of the user page :)

  14. Support right to left languages

    I suggest support right to left languages: supporting bullets on the right, combining english and non english writing from the right, transitioning the slides to the left instead of right, etc.

  15. Link not working in Mozilla Firefox & IE

    2) Above is the link of the presentation that I created.
    3) On above page, there is 1 link with name 'For Google Chrome'. This link works on Google Chrome 23, Safari 5.0, Opera 12.12. But it doesn't work on Mozilla Firefox 17.0 and Internet Explorer 10.
    4) Please give me solution.

  16. Uniform Scaling

    I'm giving a big presentation (>200 people) tomorrow and would really love to be controlling rvl.io wirelessly from my smartphone (Galaxy Note 2).

    Unfortunately, the landscape mode only displays 70% of the slide (see http://goo.gl/ZN7LA and http://goo.gl/O0uvh.

    I've tried editing the HTML to force the deck to top-align, but no success. Is there anything I can do? Please?

    Edit: A more general solution would be "uniform scaling", so that it works fine on all aspect ratios and display sizes.

  17. Remove border from images

    Please remove the border from the images. I want to make nice presentations and if you put that border, you will ruin the nice transparent image

  20. [bug] Can't properly set background-size with two parameters

    I'm using a div with a background-image as it is currently not possible to use a background image for a slide

    The problem is that i'm trying to set background-size:100% 100% on the div style, but whenever i save and re-open the deck, that gets rolled back to background-size: 100% (only 1 argument), and the height of the image ends up wrong
